I have visited Upton today to have a look around with the view to moving to the town/nearby next spring. Initial impressions are very good as the town looks lovely. My only fear is the chance of being flooded. Can anybody offer advice on the safest place to buy in respect to this in Upton.

Dear Jimmy84,
Many thanks for the info, our move is on hold as we have just moored our boat at Saul Junction Marine on the Gloucester & Sharpness Canal and now have more areas to look at, however we have not ruled Upton out as I quite agree it's a lovely place to live.
