Yes I do when it's warmer, generally near the Navigator. Would go by the Rock Gardens but no dogs allowed there in the summer. There is a group call the Outdoor Swimming Group which are on Facebook. I prefer to swim September through til mid October which is my limit now but depends on the sea temperature and tides.
