Lost: Nikon camera

Could anyone help. We visited Ambleside on Monday (28.8.17) and I was taking pictures of the children and family at the stockghyll waterfalls up stockghyll lane ( this is the last place I used the camera). From there we walked to the public toilets by the lane and cheapside. Then from there through white platts recreation ground to the car park.
The camera is a black Nikon camera in a padded camera size black case.
If anyone has seen this or handed it in, I would be extremely grateful as it has pervious holidays on there that have not been saved or printed.
