Do any restaurants near Arundel serve roast dinner on weekday evenings?

I am taking a friend out for a birthday meal tomorrow (Tuesday) following a visit to Arundel castle, and he said he would love to have traditional roast beef dinner, but the restaurants in Arundel I have looked at online only seem to serve roast on Sundays.
If anyone knows of somewhere that serves a traditional roast on weekdays, I'd be delighted to know details.
We will be heading back towards Liphook, so anywhere in that direction would be good.
