Speeders going through Red light pelican crossing Baxenden

I've been nearly run over twice in two days while using the crossing on Manchester Road. This evening at around 6.45 pm a white Suzuki swift came out of Southwood drive and slowed down then speeded up while the light turned to red and sped through just missing me. Anyone know who the t**t is that drives that Suzuki swift? I'll report the driver to the police. Or give me the address and I'll send my boys round.
I'm going onto Amazon now to buy a body worn camera so anyone else who is thinking of driving through the red light had better hope I'm not around.
