cars roaming streets at night on Turnburry Bloxwich

At 3.15 am this morning I saw a car parked outside my house with the head lights on when they noticed me through the window it reversed then drove away and I only got part of the number plate WJ17 and I think z was the next part of the plate number not sure the make of the car but it was a white big car.
