Have some local rubbish tip charges been revoked?

Can anyone tell me please if the charges for certain items at our local tip have been revoked as advised by the government please?

Yes the charges have been revoked since 11th April (see website for details)

All charges at the Bgnor Regis and all other Arun District Council "tips" have been suspended except for tyres which still cost £4 to leave there. Notice the word SUSPENDED - this is because the Government is in the process of debating "fly tipping" and household DIY rubbish.
However, this will not stop the LONG queues along Shripney Road while early birds wait until the workers are allowed to open the gates at 09:00 by which time most early birds are at work. OK ADC so close for two days but open the shop early and get rid of the queues.
