How many accessible/bungalow type homes in new build projects
Having seen on the news that only 7% of new builds are now accessible/bungalows I wonder what percentage of all the new developments, in this area, that are at present under discussion fit this criteria. I know that, where we used to life, this subject was brought up when a new 'village' was built and when the final buildings resulted ALL of them had two or three steps to the front door. Not very elderly or disabled friendly. The argument was that such properties took up more land and weren't financially viable. What they really meant was there wasn't enough profit margin!
If anyone does have such information I'd like to know please?
