Garderner to re-turf my lawn

I would like to hire someone to come and re-turf my back garden. I've been trying for a while with specialised companies but to no avail. They keep promising to come and quote me but they don' appear.
Is there someone who could help me with this request and be able to lay a new lawn for me in the not to distant future.
