Felicity is a one year old jet black oriental wearing a purple collar. She is neutered and microchipped.
Felicity has short hair that is jet black, She has yellow eyes. She is very vocal.
Felicity was last seen on the path between the flats near the all-weather pitches on Buckshaw Village on Sunday 16 July.
