Hi, we're in search of a new large home to rent privately as an HMO with a nice landlord who likes a good bargain. We're only looking for a new place now as our landlord has decided to downsize and sell. We've been living in our current property for over four years, we rent the property as a couple and our landlord has left it to us to keep filled and keep his rent coming in and we have never failed him. This allows our landlord to not have to worry about constantly redoing tenancies and has allowed us the ability to scout out the best people for the house. I'm quite a clean freak so always make sure the house is tidy and in good condition, we're also capable and willing to take on small repairs and maintenance to save hassling the landlord if need be. We have all our own furnishings enough for up to a 6 bedroom home so you wouldn't have to worry about sorting anything out or maintaining anything there. We both work from home so are flexible to be available if need be, and as such are also more able to keep the home in great condition. We do have garden furniture so ideally we'd like a place that has one. We aren't looking for a place that has been all refurbished with loads of luxury, we're happy with (and would prefer) a house that still has it's original old charm. If you are a landlord or looking to become one and have a property that you think would work well we would love to hear from you to see if we could work out a mutually beneficial deal. Please keep in mind we cannot do an asap move as we would like to give our landlord as much notice as possible so he can plan his sale accordingly.

Many thanks,
