neighbourhood harassment in 9 acres, charlbury.

A female friend of mine who lives on her own in charlbury is still being harassed and bullied since she first moved to there, let's just say i find it appalling and very upsetting for her to go through so much pain. and those neighbours of her's are not backing off, infact they are using anybody they can by manipulating, telling lies so they can stalk or follow her all the time and spreading NASTY rumours to who ever and to other counties. What is worse that they think it's o.k to do so. They will use anybody , like YOUNG CHILDREN, teenagers, people on disability. Pensioners. They are treating her like an object not a human being!!!   She gets videoed on transport services, on streets, everywhere and yes i have seen this myself and heard all this and still going through this. She is scared by many groups attacking one person! She feels intimidated and its not the other way round. They have lied many times to the police and to other parties. These people are not nice at all and when i was helping her out against the neighbours , they then tried to start on me and deep inside it made me feel angry. My friend does have the right to stand up tell them NO , GO AWAY!! with no aggression . There have been people pretending to be someone else or pretending to be a friend of that neighbour who deliberately spread the rumours to the neighbours and via social media and that's how it spreads so quickly. We've also found out how these people are covering up for what they've done in the past or doing in the present time. No one wants to be be stalked or bullied by numerous gangs, it is sick and totally wrong and IT IS NOT FUNNY AT ALL!!! You wouldn't like it t all if it happened to you and those idiots should think for themselves instead of being lead by more idiots. People should check legally and listen to her side before leaping into action, no one has the right to do this to anyone at all . My friend does not go around upsetting people for no reason. all she wants is them to leave her alone - anybody to leave her then she won't need to go around to collect evidence for her solicitor and the police . She's not the problem. for those are involved - DON'T! it's got nothing to do with them, they shouldn't be getting involved in the  first place! NO MORE FRAUD PROVABLES! NO MORE THREAT or DIRECT THREAT! or other rumours that you heard. Grow up and talk to her  and no more lies, no more colluding with each other, no more videoing, laughing to each other. No more coming up with any ideas for an excuse to stalk her. No more aggression towards her. NO MORE FLASHING CAR LIGHTS AND SOUNDING THE CAR HORNS TO ALERT EACH OTHER  WHERE HER WEREABOUTS AND LIE ABOUT HARASSMENT. It's about time that adults who are doing this to her will stop and take responsibility for their own action . AND WOULD ALL BUSINESS STOP TAKING PART. They shouldn't be getting involved by LAW!!!. The police have been to her neighbours houses on many occasions about them not her. Last time i was reading this forum, i saw my friend on here being slandered, it was done by a administrator , he shouldn't be saying that and it's not true! you have to get REAL facts about a person , not just by neighbours because they do lie. and i do know the names of these people but i can't mention them on here. THIS MESSAGE GOES OUT TO  THOSE ARE TAKING PART!!  THIS IS A STATEMENT OF FACT!!
