Just moved and need trades people

I just moved to Constantine 3 weeks ago and have a few jobs that need doing. I need people to do the following:
Window cleaning
Gardening (small bungalow with small garden)
Retuning my TV (PVR attached)
Disposal of some items in the garden, but it's not garden waste, it is e.g. bits of wood, plastic, etc:
I'm an OAP so suggestions that don't cost the earth would be appreciated.
