I am looking for a 1 bed flat for single occupant that would also welcome an indoor-only cat. he is incredibly good natured and quiet and so am i:). We (Maoam the cat and I) need to move by 9th August due to landlords selling the property and are looking for a place we can call home for min 12 months but hopefully longer.
The preferred areas are: Crystal Palace, Anerley, Gipsy Hill, Forest Hill, Brockley, Honor Oak, Sydenham, Dulwich, Peckham, and maximum budget is £1100 pcm.
I would be incredibly grateful if you got in touch if you have a suitable property, or if you have any advice. i have all the major websites covered and am in touch with some agencies but still find the search quite difficult. happy to speak to private landlords and answer any questions:)
