2 bed flat wanted to rent from May in Crystal Palace or surrounding area

Couple (both 25, both professionals in long term jobs with good references ) are looking for a spacious 2 bed flat, ideally with some outdoor space in Crystal Palace or surrounding areas.
We would prefer an unfurnished flat and would like a long let of at least 1-2 years, but can be flexible. Our budget is around £1200 -£ 1300 pcm
Our preferred moving date is around 20th May, when our current lease finishes.
