Hi there,

I'm actually based in Newcastle upon Tyne but my 87 year old uncle and his wife who is 79 live in Deganwy. I did an online shop for them a few weeks ago which came from the local Tesco, we waited two weeks for delivery but that was manageable as they're getting basics delivered from the local corner shop. Now I'm trying to place a new order and there are no slots at all for at least 3 weeks. Is anyone out there doing what we're doing in Newcastle, and running to the shops (Tesco) for people like this please? They don't use the internet being of the older generation and I am too far away up here to help bring them shopping.

Thanks in advance,

Liz
