just took my mum 76 year old to do weekly shop on wreaks lane. collecting weekly lottery. young guy behind walked up to my mum and grabed her elbow turned her round and said how much longer are you going to be...told him i am doing my lottery for week wait your turn. he only had a bottle of pop and a sandwhich.but was to lazy to wait at self service...at this point the lady serving did and said nothing. then she did not now how to do hot picks so had to wait for some one else another older guy shouted god sake how much longer are you going to be. i exspected the member of staff to say somthing to them but they did not i had to shout at them both we are doing our shopping the same as you wait your turn and it is not my mums fault that they put some one on here who does not now how to work the machine at which they till operator said nastely thanks for that..i complained to manager who says sorry.....i then complained that at least four people in the shop did not have mask on and he said we can not force them to wear mask if they chose not to...this is not acceptable when people in there have health issues. the shops need to do more as the government say every one has to wear masked when out doors and in shops..but sainsburys say they do not..i will not be going in again.
