Dog attack

I have taken my dog for a walk this evening and my dog was attacked by a large white wolf like dog which was not on a lead not sure if my dog has been bitten yet but luckily I managed to pull him from the attack twice I did say I would report this but not sure where !! so if anyone knows this dog or owner please let me know I have sinse been told this is not the first time !! So please be aware dog walkers
