Hi there...My other half and I are hopefully moving to Folkestone soon and are really drawn to the East side. However, lots of people seem to have "concerns" regarding this issue, though we ourselves love it there. Are there any roads in particular to avoid? We are both musicians and artists and would love to connect with other creatives.
An estate agent told us that all properties in Folkestone are on water meters - Is this true?? Also, has anyone had experience of turning a card leccy meter back to a normal meter but NOT smart meter (we are electromagnetic sensitive). If so, can anyone recommend a suitable utility provider? Also has anyone had problems walking through town from Folkestone Central at night back to East side?
