I don't know why I'm on here, asking myself what on earth am I doing since I swore to myself I'd never communicate on websites concerning friendships and love. They never seem to be what they're cracked up to be. After being scammed, brainwashed and conned online, losing alot of money, this being 3 years ago that I just want to forget as I seek to find a happy life that I long for. Wanting to go back to letter writing bringing back the past decades before computers. I see this website and am surprised it mentions Fulbourn if I stay in one part of the site. Is it really for Fulbourn people? I've been apprehensive to join Free Spirits Club, a letter writing only contact based in Great Yarmouth, still wondering how genuine the ladies really are. Coming across the Fulbourn Forum only led me to reply. I'm shy, single, low in confidence but depending on the person's personality in my company I'm not very confident going very far unless someone's with me. I suffer from mild epilepsy and just want to find anyone in Fulbourn, hoping there's a friendly, cheerful, jolly friend out there to lift my spirits and raise my confidence.

Hi  Alex,

Thank you for replying to me, surprised as I am, it's a nice feeling to see a message for me. To think I hoped I could find some sort of website relating to Fulbourn for lonely, single people like me,  I was getting no where looking as nothing came as close as this. From your email it seems as though the site is at an early stage of its formation. I feel hope is in the air and thank you for your wishes in my search. I'm in the middle of emailing you realising I can't get to the Fulbourn Forum main page to look but can you tell me who I email if I need help? I feel I will need it sometime. Thank you again.

Mystifying?

I received 2 emails on this same day (Thurs 14th) telling me someone replied to me here on the Fulbourn Forum. One of those said the 12th. I know who'll that be, you Alex, however an email told me I had one yesterday. How I got them both together today I don't know, besides these are only the first emails I've received telling me someone replied since I first joined the site. It could only be you Alex as no one else has as I expected my confirmation of an email to be you or received at least an unexpected new member. I can only hope the time passing by won't drag me down to think there's no one out there, half hoping to wait longer and be surprised or half  feeling fading hopes is upon me. It's too early to judge. I really want this to work for my personal reasons

I'm also disappointed to find my last email went a bit pear shaped from its presentation as everything looked well set out, neatly spaced out but there are gaps, some of it too tightly together and also neatly spaced out. What happened there? I typed so much putting a few hours into it. Am I the only one who's written this much as I already expected some sort of feedback from all the information provided.

I was coming home in the car, going through High Street and spotted another business I forgot to mention, it's so hidden it's down the side by the pharmacist, a Hairdressers called Look Ahead,  Contact details are

Look Ahead

 Hairdresser

4B High St

Tel: 01223 880840

I've just come across another business I never realised about in Pierce Lane, could this be run by the same owner as the hairdressers called Look Ahead to Beauty? Their contact details are                                                                                                                                                                              Email:[email protected] .Telephone 01223 881617

text 07850 054648

Alex I hope this and my previous email is just what you wanted for Fulbourn Forum. How will this one come out like? Here goes.

Hi! I've just joined too. It would be nice to know the ages of people who I am chatting to. I'm a 30something female professional who has been here for four years. I don't know enough people to enjoy all the fun things like punting in the centre or being able to pop down the pub and such. Would be nice to meet like minded peeps for smiles and laughter.

Thanks

Hi again Teenygem,

I'm back, It's Sunday afternoon and last night my friend from Peterborough and I went to the 1940's Dance in celebration of the Queens 90th Birthday arranged by the Royal British Legion in the village. Partly arranged by my Step Uncle and Aunt who's involved and took part. I'm no good at dancing and never did dance but it didn't stop me enjoying the occasion or the mood. Yes it did have *In the Mood* on the night. I do like watching that dance routine, the spinning etc. It was down Babraham Road, a big hall I've never been to. It started at 7pm unlil late, we were picked up by a minibus taking us there but was lucky to be brought back home by my Step Uncle with the Mayor who was taken home too who was also there. Getting back by 12-15am. More reason why I hadn't emailed you yet but was aware I had an email from the Fulbourn Forum, hoping my wishes were granted of a new local friend. Thank you for replying.

Edward
