Job vacancy: Accounts Administrator
Our busy office in the heart of Grays is in current need of a Bookkeeper/Accounts Administrator to join and support our Accounts Team!
***Monday - Friday 42.5 hours per week***
The role will consist of liaising with the Accounts/Finance department, communicating with Sales/Transport/Operations teams and ensuring a smooth and professional process is carried out at all times!
Main duties:
Purchase & Sales Invoices
Bank reconciliation
Petty cash (Month-end)
Raising self-billing invoices
Assisting with accounts payable & receivable
Experience using XERO is preferable but not essential
Report on the status of accounts receivable and payable
Must haves:
Great command of the English language
Experience using XERO or additional Accounts Software Programs
A high level of attention to detail
A passion to work
