Another almost un-noticed demolition proposal in Greatham

I wonder how many people, especially those who walk down Church Lane, know that there is a planning application to demolish the historic and perfectly habitable Copse House at the far end.(Once 4 cottages in a Lane that used to be the main thoroughfare for coaches and horses with the Dew Pond to provide water for the horses) Planning application and a chance to comment is on the usual EHDC PLanning site. It is necessary to register and time is short 2/3 days
