Hi James
I was working out my dates the other day, and i believe i was off to Warberlington in 1960 and left school at 15 in 1962
Mrs O Conner rings a bell.
I was trying to remember my forum teacher, our class room was the last one going down the field right on the end.
our teacher lived down Sinah Lane .
my fellow class mats from Hayling were Barry Wilson of Wilson Boat yard, then Beverly Pycroft of Kings road she be came a school teacher but alias not with us anymore, and me
James i am looking for any photo's of Gable Head back in the 1940 to 1960 as i shall make a video for my grand children to see were i grow up.

Hi Ben I wasn't on the Island till round obout early 1965 and only stayed till about late 1967/68,so I don't know if you were there then at that time.Mr's O'CONNERS maiden name was Ms Spittle I don't know if that helps in anyway, her classroom was up the stairway from the main foyer and the second door on the left,it over looked the playing fields at the back. Regards JAMES.
