Trail-Run Explorers

A trail running group for adults, who really enjoy or want to enjoy getting out on the trails and exploring, without having to worry about where they are going or how safe they are on their own. There will be sessions that suit beginners, sessions that suit improvers and sessions that will work on specific trail running skills. These will change fairly frequently and we will decide as a group what sessions will benefit everyone. The runs are currently free, there will always be free runs but in the future some will be paid runs or workshops. Who Leads these groups?
