Looking for long term rental…
We are a family of 4 made up of 2 full time working professionals, a school age child and a very lovely senior dog. Our dog is 10 years old and has been house trained since we rescued her in 2011. Our current landlord will provide a glowing reference regarding our dog Macie and his experiences with her as the landlord of the two properties we have lived in since Macie joined our family. Our son is a typical 6/7 year old with a passion for football and a real love for the great outdoors.
We currently live in North Wales where we have spent the majority of our lives and have recently decided to take the leap and move to be closer to our wonderful grandparents. We have fallen in love with Hixon and visit once a month where possible. We have met a few locals during recent visits and have felt overwhelmed by how welcoming everyone is! we all seem to leave a little bit of ourselves behind each time we go home..We know Hixon is where we want to build our future and we’re looking on Rightmove and Property Buzz every day but haven’t found a property in the area yet. We don’t want to live outside of Hixon so will obviously have to wait as long as it takes but on advise from family, this forum might prove to be handy in our search!
We have rented for 10 years in North Wales and are known by our landlord to be reliable, trustworthy and house proud individuals.
We require three bedrooms as a minimum as we both work from home and will need an office. We have plans to grow our own produce throughout the year so we will be looking for somewhere with a decent size back garden.
If anyone can help by pointing us in the direction of a reliable private landlord or just keeping your ear to the ground to help us on our journey we will be very grateful.
