Where are local nests?

Recently I have been very intrgeed by this very unusual game however I have became much very fond of it. I was wondering if you would by any chance be able to help out where local nest can be found/spotted. Since I've been wanting to know more about the game I have looked on YouTube where they show there Pokemon team. In pretty much every one I have viewed the have always mentioned these nests and saying what they are. I fully understand the whole meaning of it but never can seem to find out where I can find these things. So please would be able to quit me contemplating over and over about this and help me
