Searching for the 'Ilminster By Design' document

Hi there,
My name is Colin Hyde and I'm helping to produce the Ilminster Neighbourhood Plan (INP). We're hoping to get this adopted in 2021. Part of the document is a Design Guide which will be new for the INP.
I believe that someone associated with the Ilminster Forum created a document called 'Ilminster By Design' some years ago, which would have been the forerunner to our Design Guide.
I was told that it was available online, but I have been unable to locate it.
Does anyone have a copy, or know where one may be found?
I would like to compare it with our Design Guide to make sure we haven't overlooked anything...
