Is the area safe?

Hello!
We are looking to move very near to the Whitehouse Community Primary School area. Could anyone please let us know honestly how safe the area is? The street check shows a few arsen, burglaries and violence/anti-social behaviours each month and we are a bit worried.
We would like to start a family in a quiet neighbourhood where we could have a good sense of community and good relafionships with the neighbours.
Any info would be greatly appreciated.
