Hey there, and firstly thank you for letting me onto the forum and very warm wishes from Tenerife!
I'm a Devon girl, born and raised, and after 15 years overseas with my Spanish husband am finally super excited to be coming home. But, now that I've finally persuaded him to swap sunshine for wellies to bring our kids to Kingsbridge, it would seem the entire world has had the same idea and we cannot find a property to rent while we wait for our house here in the Canaries to sell so that we can buy.
Any help would be so appreciated, we're looking for an initial 6 or 12 month contract, and need either a spacious 2 bed or ideally 3 bed house with garden, starting May or June. (we move the first week of June).
