New rubbish bin role out

St Nicholas Lane after. At least four houses requested bags—we got super large bins instead; at least two already had bags—they got bins anyway; one house requested a bin—it didn't get it; another requested a small bin but got a large bin; another has been empty for 18 months—it got one too. The house on the corner (in Lansdown), however, requested a bag and got one. I asked the delivery man to take the unwanted bins away and he refused—even after a call his boss. All these houses are small terraces and there isn't room for these things except on the road. And we're supposed to be in a conservation zone!
