Thinking of moving to Macduff.

Hello all,
I'm seriously considering a move to the Macduff area (King Edward to be exact). I adore Scotland and have wanted to move up for over 20 years. I've been to Scotland at all times of the year and in all weathers so I know what I'd be letting myself in for!
I'm a bus driver and would be looking at trying to get a job at the Stagecoach depot - anybody know what they are like to work for?
I'd be most interested to hear your advice and opinions of the Macduff/Banff areas.
