Can we rely on people to physically distance when beer gardens open

What do people think of the subject of beer gardens opening, and imposition of Physical distancing. My concern is that a few drinks and people will be less inclined to distance. The other aspect of this is, if there is a spike in an area after pub gardens open then there will be a local lock down. That concerns me, because people who have kept to the physical distancing will also have to lock down if they live in that area. I for one will not be attending any beer gardens or outside seating areas very soon.
