people not signalling while driving.
Has anyone noticed how it has become a common trend not to signal while making any change in direction while driving. Do all instructions given by their driving tutors get forgotten when they pass their test. It is extremely dangerous, not only for the driver who does not signal, but also for all other road users and pedestrians. Is it laziness, is it total ignorance for the highway code, or is it, they just do not care. I have been a driver for many years, and I believe that the standard of driving in some quarters is down right dangerous. Dash cameras are very useful in all driving situations, and have revealed some horrendous driving standards. Having served in one of the emergency services, I witnessed the aftermath of horrific vehicle crashes. Innocent people killed through no fault of their own. Families lives ruined through total refusal to obey road rules and regulations. Safety is no accident. The statistics for deaths and severe injuries on roads is rising year on year. It is incumbent on us all to think of others before ourselves while driving. Drive to arrive, applies to all of us.
