Neighbour to the right, seems to enjoy several days a month in the garage or nearby, powering through things, neighbour to the left, has a garage or something like it and seems a bit more than a hobby, more like an occasional job of work, and that's it: but when I visit my friend who is deaf on Sunday afternoon there's often a power tool user on the corner. I've read that they're not allowed to do it after 7 pm which neighbour to the right has ignored of late. PS there's a children's nursery somewhere behind me where girls are screaming. I've recently become enamoured with the garden and would like to spend more time in it and then I have to face these interruptions. Maybe someone has dealt or is dealing with this reasonably, who'd like to comment.
