Artist Wanted

I wish to commission a local artist to produce at least one and possibly three or four pictures in the style of the 1930's Railway posters for me.
Something like the type shown below.
This is a paying job. That's correct I am willing to part with cash for this, so it would suit a starving NUotA student.
