Long shot, but does anyone have for sale (or know anyone who can sell) one single scratch card style parking permit for use in the CIty in Zone V please. Have a job for a couple of hours in a Zone V road next month and the resident does not have any parking permit. The council can only offer me a 'traders permit' for £12 for a specific date, which frankly is a lot for an hour or so on site. Thanks

The owner I th k can get a single day scratch card...I used to get some for parties etc ..but maybe that does cost £12 now..hmmm.

for the moment the job has now been done - but i think the cost is way too high even for the owner to do (she doesnt live there) given the job was small.
