Hi anyone interested in joining a Pilates class on Tuesday mornings 9.30 to 10.30 at the Sea Scout Hall in The Street Old Costessey. Great for all ages and great teacher Laura. No experience necessary! Great class for all abilities. Don't be shy it's good fun. Next class is Tuesday 6th June, come and join us.
