Peacehaven. Not Crimehaven.
Peacehaven. Not Crimehaven.
Important notice to Peacehaven residents A matter of concern is in process for a halfway house to open in Bramber Avenue for ex-prison convicts. • The development will be accommodation for released criminals. • Incredibly, this development will be situated in a quiet road with homeowners and mostly elderly retired people with their own health challenges - in our peaceful town. • The developer, Seetec Group (a company that has been under investigation more than once) is currently working on purchasing Bramber Nursing Home at 1 Bramber Avenue, Peacehaven to convert it to a halfway house. This property will be housing up to 45 ex-convicts and drug-addicts. Without a local police station. • This project may make financial sense for its owners but it would increase crime rate with re-offenders in Peacehaven massively and puts all of us in harm’s way. • First our police station was closed and now ex-convicts are moving in. We need to take action immediately to stop this development.
