Rubbish P.A. System for Rememberance Day

Just been to the cenotaph this morning for remembrance day, a fantastic turn out but the sound system was absolutely rubbish. If this has cost anything to hire then they want a refund, They never had this problem before this technology as it was addressed vocally and everyone heard it.
