Broken bottle thrown on road in Hennals avenue blocking road and may have caused punctures on cars passing between then and 7.05pm

Hi,
A group of 3 youths threw a bottle across the middle of Hennals Road yesterday at 18.38pm walking towards Tynsall avenue. Some people stopped their cars to clear the glass as it was all over the road and path and could have caused issues to car tyres before it was cleared so check for punctures. If people who stopped are on the forum can they please contact me and anyone else who has information?
Should the police be contacted and neighborhood watch need to be aware.
