Bodysculpt with Lizzie

Hello everyone,

I run Bodysculpt classes at the Rickmansworth Lawn Tennis Club every Saturday at 12pm.

For every fitness level , a combination of bands , Pilates and body weight exercises. Tone , strengthen , energise and increase mobility and create a strong core .

I have my own studio for mat Pilates located in Rickmansworth for small groups and 1 - 1 sessions.
