Any information about John family in Sageston?

Interested in researching the John family line. Have gone back to Anne John who used to live next to The Plough and was a seamstress. She was born around 1841 and had a son Walter James John born around 1864. She married very late in life to Phillip Protheroe Morris and sadly she died 6 months later in Pembroke Workhouse. I would be very grateful for any information on these families and, in particular, her connection to the Allen family in Cresselly. I now live in Yorkshire so am unable to see actual records easily. Thank you.
