Home help or meals on wheels service - Saltaire

Hi,
I'm hoping that someone may be able to offer some advice regarding getting some help for my elderly grandmother.
Unfortunately at the ripe old age of 91 she is getting very forgetful and is not eating properly. I visit as regularly as I can when work permits to take her essentials (and chocolates) but I am finding that more often than not things are going out of date because she is just not eating properly. She is quite frail and unless I am there to make her a hot meal she does not have one.
Does anyone know of any meals on wheels type services in the area?
