Cycle Routes - are the new proposals also including Ecclesall Road

I was keen to find out from anyone if there are any plans for cycle routes on the new sustainable transport proposals. I would be delighted to get involved with any group who are keen to encourage cycle roads from Ecclesall Rd South to the City Centre.
