Is our GP practice competent?
I was told that my repeat prescription was on hold until I have a review with a GP. That was on Monday. They arranged for a doctor to call me between 1 and 6pm today (Tuesday). At 5.50pm I phone the surgery. They ask me why is the doctor phoning me, it seemed like they had no notes. Put on hold and then told that Dr. XXXX will call me straight back. Still no call at 7pm
When they close for “training” what do they actually do because it seems to me that they cannot organise anything?
Have you ever tried option 4 on the phone menu? Let me know if the line goes dead on you or is it just my phone.
