We are a day spa located on Uckfield high street, offering full and half day ‘Journeys’.  

Find your zen in our beautiful relax room. Come and escape from the hustle and bustle of the high street into our hidden hideaway to relax, unwind, energise and ignite your senses for the day.

Meditation is practiced in many forms, and we believe in the importance of giving our minds space to breathe for a moment, whether it be to achieve a state of awareness and clarity, or simply switch off and drift into total bliss. Our passion is to help you take that moment for yourself. 

We offer wide range of spa and beauty treatments including Massage, Facials, Body treatments, Waxing, Tinting, Manicures,Pedicures and of course our 

Spa day experiences where you can enjoy the meditative sounds and benefits of Mind Spa along with refreshments throughout the day.

Your journey can be experienced alone or as a couple in our double treatment room. Exclusive access for groups of four people +. For those venturing on a full day journey enjoy the bento box lunch and a glass of bubbly or soft drink (optional lunch on half day journeys)
