Airplane noise in Woodford

Hello, I am planning to buy a property in Woodford (Woodford east, between the new Red Row development and Poynton) and I am wondering what’s the aircraft noise like when planes are taking off towards the east? I know this is not the majority of the time but really would like to know what’s the noise like when planes follow the flight path above Woodford?
