Hi all,
We are the Princess Royal Trust for Carer’s in the north east of Hampshire and Farnham. We offer support to carers (unpaid family members/friends) in this area. Support can be information/advice, referring/signposting to other services or a space to be heard. We also offer the Emergency Plan for carers in Hampshire.
We hold a monthly hub at Monteagle hall (next to Waitrose) on last monday of each month from 9:30am-1:30pm. Our next meetings are on 29th July and 30th September (no meeting in August due to bank holiday). We offer appointments to talk about your caring role, information/advice and the opportunity to meet other carers.
