We are seeking a motivated individual to join our small and friendly team as a freelance worker managing stock and fulfilling customer orders, based in Balham. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of order fulfillment, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction. The position offers flexible working hours to accommodate your schedule.
Hours: 9 -15 hrs per week.
Rate: £12 per hour
Responsibilities:
· Prepare and pack customer orders ready for shipment accurately and efficiently.
· Organise, monitor and maintain stock.
· Conduct quality checks on products before shipping.
· Manage customer returns and exchanges.
Requirements:
· Strong organisational and communication skills.
· Attention to detail.
· Proactive and able to work independently.
· Proficient with basic software applications.
· Flexible – Ability to work flexible hours accommodate peak times and varying workloads.
