We are seeking a motivated individual to join our small and friendly team as a freelance worker managing stock and fulfilling customer orders, based in Balham. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of order fulfillment, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction. The position offers flexible working hours to accommodate your schedule.

Hours: 9 -15 hrs per week.
Rate: £12 per hour

Responsibilities:

· Prepare and pack customer orders ready for shipment accurately and efficiently.
· Organise, monitor and maintain stock.

Looking for a two decent sized bedroom (or ability to reconfigure to enlarge second room) flat in a period property in Balham. 

I would prefer it not to be a large converted property. Ideally with a maximum of two other flats. 

Looking for the location to be a quiet residential street, close to a tube (Balham, Tooting Bec, Clapham South). I really like the properties on the Heaver estate but open to other areas like the Nightingale triangle etc. 

I have a buyer in place and am looking to proceed quickly as a result.   

In terms of condition, I'm happy to do work if necessary as long as it's not a major structural issue.

Hello!

I live on sistova road and recently a fluffy little cat has been trying to move into our home. Usually we dont mind cats coming and going but one of my cat seems to get aggressive towards this cat and we dont understand why. 

I managed to snap a picture lastnight when our fluffy visitor had came in quietly.

If anyone knows of or is the owner of this little cutey please let me know, if not will take it to a vets to see if it has a chip and go from there :).
