Thieves on 2 bikes returned to Bromley Road Beckenham to steal my bike again. Any info on these scum will be appreciated. 

Saturday 12th August 2023 at 4am in Bromley Road. Beckenham, 2 low life's tried to steal my Yamaha Tmax scooter from outside the house.  They cut through a chain and broke steering lock setting off alarm. Video attached.  Any info would be welcome.  Where were the Police.?

The scooter is a TGA FOLDING MOBILITY SCOOTER.. It was used just once but my husband was diagnosed with Motor neuron Disease  and  cannot stand to get onto it.  It cost us £2500 last year and we are asking a price of ,£1200 or near offer
